Night street scene of a dense crowd pressing around a dark car at an event, with strings of triangular pennant bunting overhead and vehicles and lights in the background. Men in white shirts and dhotis dominate the crowd; a man in the foreground raises his arm and shouts, and a woman in a red blouse and women in saris stand nearby. Strands of white flowers and garlands are draped on the car bonnet. The car window shows a figure inside in white clothing, but the face is not clearly visible and no identity can be confirmed from appearance.
