Outdoor construction site where a yellow steel frame arches over a whitewashed block wall with decorative lattice windows. On the bare ground, a man in grey trousers and shirt stands at left while a man in white crouches with his head bowed beside stacked yellow pipes and corrugated sheeting. At right, a woman in an orange sari and several people in white clothes, including a small girl in white, stand and look toward the frame. A palm and tall trees fill the background.
