A wide outdoor photograph of an overgrown vacant plot under a heavy overcast sky. In the foreground a pile of rough tan stones sits at left beside dense green shrubs and tall weeds. A thin wooden stake fence with a small sign stands at right. In the distance are several white multi-storey residential blocks, low buildings, and a row of palm trees on the right, with a hazy hillside at left. No people are visible. The site appears to be undeveloped land on the edge of a built-up area.
