On a raised red platform stands a figure in a red and gold ceremonial costume with a long beaded necklace, holding a tall ceremonial staff in one hand. Two golden lion-like sculptures flank the central red throne-like seat, and a patterned rug lies at the base of the platform. Sheer draped curtains and lighting stands form the backdrop. A monitor speaker sits in the foreground with audience heads visible at the bottom edge. The figure's identity is not clear from appearance, so no candidate is named.2012-12-11December 11 20122012-12-11December 11 20122012-12-11December 11 20122012-12-11December 11 20122012-12-11A performer stands on a red stage platform under blue and magenta stage lighting in front of draped white curtains. He is painted blue-faced with long dark hair, wears a tiger-striped garment, a red cape, layered white bead necklaces and armbands, and holds a silver trident. Two carved red-and-gold lion-like figures flank the stage, and a gold-framed throne-like chair stands behind him. This resembles a costumed deity tableau rather than a devotional rite.
