Devotees in white clothes wade through a shallow pool at an outdoor temple, pulling a flower-decorated float or palanquin topped with an orange canopy. The float is heavily garlanded with marigold and red flowers, with banana-leaf style greenery at its sides. Many people in white, some in yellow and red garments, hold hands in a chain and push or steer the float through the water. Red stone steps with railings rise behind the pool, and a figure in white stands on the upper steps. Several people in the foreground wade with arms linked. This appears to be a procession ritual in water, but no individual can be confidently identified as a person from appearance.
