Outdoor photo of a mallakhamba pole yoga demonstration at an ashram ground. A performer in a patterned black-and-green shorts is inverted, held aloft by the hands and shoulders of a bare-chested man in turquoise shorts who stands beside a tall wooden pole. Several bare-chested young men in shorts and white beaded necklaces watch and assist. Behind them a crowd of saffron-robed sannyasis and devotees, some with long white beards, stand and watch; one older man in an orange robe and white beard stands near the center. A red-and-white wall, a yellow cloth canopy and trees form the backdrop, with a gold-decorated object at lower left.
