A central figure walks along a carpet of yellow and white flower petals, wearing a gold crown, a red and green garland, and a rust-brown robe with a gold border. Their hands are raised in greeting. Devotees line both sides: women in white and cream saris and a woman in an orange sari with gold-toned jewellery press their palms together in namaskar. A man in a white shirt and white dhoti wears a rudraksha-style mala. Several women in white saris carry brass trays with flowers and fruit. A man in a white shirt directs the crowd at right.
