A black stone deity murti with multiple arms stands within a carved pale stone arch on a red-stone platform ringed by a circular concrete plinth. In the foreground, a woman with long dark hair wears an orange sari and steps toward a robed figure in a full orange-saffron shawl and hood, who walks barefoot across the sandy ground. Behind them, a man in a light peach-coloured dhoti and shawl walks in the same direction. On the right, a group of attendants in white kurta-dhotis with orange shawls stand barefoot, one holding a brass vessel and another a small brass dish. A dark polished stone slab lies in the lower right foreground. Four to five people are visible.2007-01-09Outdoor photo beneath a large banyan tree with hanging aerial roots.
