A photograph of a devotional blessing in an indoor hall. A seated figure in orange robes with long, dark, wavy hair and a bare chest rests a hand on the head of a woman bowing with pressed palms. She wears a red and gold embroidered shawl over a floral skirt. A man in a white shirt and dark trousers stands at left with hands clasped, and several people stand behind in white, yellow and orange clothing. A painted tree backdrop and a golden item at the right edge appear. The seated figure shows distinctive long swept hair and orange clothing, so the appearance is a person in a blessing role, while the woman receives darshan from him. Seated figure is in orange, bare-chested, with a red cushioned seat beside him.

December 03 20092009-12-03A photograph of a blessing scene indoors. A long-haired figure with curly dark hair wears an orange-saffron garment over a red-pink top, with multiple gold-toned and beaded necklaces and bangles. This person's right hand is raised, palm placed on the forehead of a kneeling young man in a checked shirt who presses his hands together in anjali. Nearby, a man in a dark navy shirt stands with hands folded in namaste, and a shaved-headed man in an orange garment with a rudraksha mala and white tilak stands at right. Background shows a projected screen, floral decorations and a deity murti. Probable identity cues: long swept hair, saffron-orange clothing and ornate beaded necklaces; the figure gives a blessing, so the candidate appears in person with that role.2011-12-05 +1 copiesA photo of a seated man in saffron-orange robes with a white and red flower garland, his hands placed on the head of a man in a white-and-blue striped shirt and dark trousers who bends forward with hands pressed together. A seated figure in a long-sleeved orange robe with long dark wavy hair sits on a white cushioned seat, placing both hands on the head of a man in a white shirt and white dhoti who bends forward with hands raised in reverence. Beside him a woman in a cream sari with a beige-and-white bordered wrap is also bowing, while a standing crowd of about a dozen people in white and cream clothes, some in saffron and yellow sashes, a woman in a green blouse with an orange sari, and a boy in glasses watch. A camera operator is visible at right.2010-02-18Indoor photo in a plain room with pale yellow walls and a ceiling fan. A man in a white shirt and khaki trousers bows deeply, his head pressed toward the seated figure, who holds his head with both hands. The seated figure wears an orange robe, a white flower garland and a long swept-back hairstyle, sitting on a white-covered bed with a petal-strewn cloth. Around them stand several women in colourful saris and salwar kameez, including one in teal and one in a yellow-and-maroon sari, plus an older man in cream kurta with a rudraksha mala, and a boy in a checked shirt with a red mala. The sitter's distinctive long hair, saffron robe and floral garland are visible cues; the page indicates the event is a pada pooja in a devotee's house, so the seated figure is Swamiji (probable).2009-09-10
