He sits on a cream upholstered throne with ornate black carved wooden armrests and backrest, his palms pressed together in namaste with eyes closed. Long dark hair falls over his shoulders. A microphone on a flexible stand is beside him, and a music stand with blank sheet stands to the left. Cream bolster cushions with red trim rest on the throne arms. Behind him hangs a red banner with gold lettering and a dark blue curtain. He wears a rudraksha mala across his chest and a gold-bordered orange shawl draped over his shoulders. Behind him are white draped backdrop, yellow-gold pillars, a red flower motif and potted flowers at the upper left. The photo is a Nithya Satsang style discourse setting. Swamiji (probable): the seated man in the saffron turban with long hair and rudraksha mala matches the presentation cues; his role is the satsang speaker.2004-10-06Article - November 26 20062006-11-26A photograph of a man seated on a white-draped throne-like seat on a raised red stage, speaking into a handheld microphone on a stand. He wears a saffron-orange turban, saffron-orange robes, a dark rudraksha mala necklace, and is barefoot. Behind him are two carved lion-like finials on a gold throne back and a black draped backdrop. Brass oil lamps stand on either side of the stage, and a white-draped table with a water bottle sits to his right. Swamiji (probable) with long hair and saffron turban and robes, seated as the speaker.2007-08-11April 16 20082008-04-16April 16 20082008-04-16January 18 20042004-01-18A seated man in saffron-orange robes and an orange turban sits cross-legged on a white-draped seat covered with a leopard-print cloth, speaking into a chrome microphone on a stand. He wears a long rudraksha mala and has a red dot on his forehead, with long dark hair falling past his shoulders. Behind him stand maroon velvet curtains, and a brass oil lamp with a figure ornament sits at left beside a white electric fan. The cues of saffron clothing, turban, long hair and rudraksha mala are consistent with Swamiji (probable), appearing in person on a stage during a discourse.2007-08-11
