A photo of a ceremonial exchange on a stage. A figure seated on an ornate gold throne wears a rust-orange turban, an orange-and-gold draped garment, and a rudraksha mala, and extends a hand toward a man in a blue striped shirt and black trousers seated on a white cushioned sofa, who smiles and reaches out. A bald attendant in orange-saffron ceremonial dress with a rudraksha mala and gold armlets leans in holding a small booklet or papers. A large backdrop shows a red-toned painted deity with garlands and beads. Three physical people are visible.

Behind him is an ornate gold throne with a gold canopy. A kneeling devotee in a white dhoti and red shawl holds a small white card and reaches toward him. Behind them a crowd of women in orange and red saris and a few men in white stand watching, some with palms pressed together, and a backdrop has purple floral panels.
