In the centre, a man in an orange saffron robe with bare feet carries an ornate golden frame holding a small deity murti. Beside him, a man in a white kurta and white dhoti with an orange shawl carries a brass tray with flowers. Behind them, people in white clothes and women in white saris play drums and stand in devotion. On the right, a uniformed attendant in a red-and-white checked shawl holds a staff. Tall decorative pillars wrapped in colourful patterned cloth line the walls, and a framed photograph hangs on the right wall.2007-12-23A barefoot procession walks through a plain whitewashed hall with a corrugated metal roof and ceiling fans. Behind them, several men in white dhotis and shirts, some with orange shawls and white or beaded necklaces, follow in a line. On the left wall, framed photographs and a banner show a bearded figure in orange robes, and a notice board hangs nearby. About eight men walk across the floor in orange and saffron robes; several wear rudraksha malas and gold necklaces, and some have long hair or beards. Behind them, white-clad and green-shawled attendees sit on plastic chairs near a table with a water dispenser. A small speaker is mounted on the wall. The setting looks like a sannyasi procession or assembly at an ashram hall.2009-12-30June 19 20082008-06-19A photograph inside a bare whitewashed hall with a concrete floor and grilled windows, showing people walking in a line toward the right. Foreground at left, an older man in white clothes presses his palms together in greeting. Two men in white dhotis and shirts walk behind; one wears a yellow shawl and the other a red-orange scarf. In front, a figure in a long saffron-orange robe walks barefoot with long hair swept back, his hands held near his chest.
