A dense outdoor procession on a dirt path lined with saffron and orange flags, banana plants and colourful decorated stalls. Men in white kurta-style clothes and devotees in white saris clap and dance, while drummers play a large drum and a handheld instrument in the foreground. A man in an orange turban and orange robes walks near the centre, and a decorated canopy with a red and yellow motif rises above the crowd, along with a golden ceremonial fan-like object. Many onlookers watch, some holding cameras. No clearly identifiable a person figure is visible at close range, so the appearance is uncertain.

Above them, two ornate umbrellas (chhatris) with colourful fringed tassels and gold finials are carried on poles, and a large orange flag with a red and gold embroidered panel is raised at right alongside saffron-orange banners. In the centre, a bearded man in orange robes and a man with a white head wrap and long dark hair stand out among the white-clad crowd. At left, a man raises a bundle of ceremonial rods. Thatched huts and a tiled wall are visible in the background.

Bamboo scaffolding frames stand behind the crowd, and at upper right an ornate deity palanquin or chariot with gold-coloured decoration is visible above the heads. A white-clad figure at right has a bare shaved head and wears an orange scarf. A painted banner at far left shows deities and Tamil text. Strings of lights and stage structures are visible in the background.

A large crowd of men in white shirts and white dhotis walks along a dusty road in a procession, many waving saffron-orange flags on poles. A drummer in a yellow turban and ornate costume plays a large drum at left, and a man in an orange cap stands near a boy in a white N.D.S.S. shirt. Banana leaves and a blue-and-white striped canopy frame the scene, with a few men in red and grey clothing among them. Several placards with portrait photographs are held aloft, and some participants raise their arms in celebration. The image shows a pada yatra procession on the road.

A dense street procession in daylight with a large crowd of men in white shirts and dhotis pressing around a central figure. A saffron-robed man with a long garland of marigolds and red flowers walks under a multicoloured canopy umbrella with a fringed edge and painted panels, held aloft on a pole. Two smaller orange and red decorated fans or canopies flank the group. Devotees including women in white and a child with a flower plate are visible at the edges, and banners hang on a building behind. A shaved-headed elder in orange appears beside the garlanded figure. The central figure has long hair and orange clothing, but the appearance cue is only partly clear, so identity remains uncertain.

Orange and red flags with a red-and-white parasol rise above the gathering, and a white banner stands at the right edge.
