The man in the foreground wears an orange-saffron garment with a yellow border, a gold-bead necklace and a gold armband, his arm raised, with a vertical tilak on his forehead. Behind him a man with a shaved head and a topknot wears a white dhoti and shawl with gold borders and a beaded necklace. Before them stand a gold lamp stand, a silver tray with small silver vessels and a bowl of red kumkum. Smoke rises at left.
