A seated man on an ornate gold throne (peetha) with a red velvet cushion, framed by a large garland of marigolds, roses and white flowers in yellow, red, purple and white. He wears a pink dhoti and a pink shawl, a gold crown, a gold necklace and a white flower garland, and holds a small silver ritual object. A red and gold canopy hangs above him. Two brass oil lamps (lamps with flames) stand on either side, and the grey brick-patterned backdrop suggests a satsang hall. Swamiji (probable) is the seated figure, identified by the crown and throne setting; his appearance is distinctive with the crown, pink saffron-toned robes and gold ornaments.
