Many participants wear white dhotis and white shirts with saffron-orange shawls or stoles draped over them, while some wear orange or red garments. One woman in the foreground-right wears a yellow saree. Tall trees line the road and a string of lights hangs overhead at the top of the frame. A central figure in white clothing walks at the front of the procession, and the group is in motion, some carrying items. The photo is a bit blurry and grainy.2008-01-02
