Outdoor construction site with bare orange-brown earth and a heap of grey gravel beside a partly built cinder-block wall with steel framing. A person in an orange-saffron robe stands facing a small group of men in white dhotis and shirts, one with an orange shawl. A yellow JCB backhoe loader with its bucket lowered stands to the right, and tall coconut palms fill the background under a pale blue sky, with rocky hills beyond. The robed figure is a visible candidate, but the view is distant and the features are too uncertain to judge.
