Night outdoor event photographed with bright floodlights and string lights, with a large crowd of men in white shirts and dark trousers filling the ground. In the right foreground, a bearded man in an orange-saffron turban and matching orange robe, with a white flower garland, holds pink flowers and stands beside a striped pole. A uniformed police officer in khaki and a yellow cap stands among spectators, and red plastic chairs are visible on the left. Adjacent sentences tie the appearance cues to the orange-robed figure: turban, robe and garland, consistent with a person presence, but the face is not clear enough to confirm identity. The white-shirted crowd fills the middle ground.
