A man seated on a flower-decorated throne is the central subject, wearing a rust-red dhoti and wrap with a thick gold and bead necklace, a pink and blue flower garland, gold armbands and a red forehead mark. He sits with one hand resting on his knee, barefoot. Behind him a throne back is covered in multicoloured flower arrangements in red, yellow, purple and white, flanking gold lion figures stand on each side, and silver trident staves rise at the right. Swamiji (probable): the seated man has long swept-back hair and is dressed in saffron-orange clothing with ornate gold necklaces, consistent with the page reference, though his face and features are not used for identification.
