Outdoor street procession under a clear blue sky. A decorated deity murti, adorned with pink and white garlands, sits on a flower-strewn platform on a float, with a gold prabhavali behind it. Above, a red, gold and blue canopy with tassels shelters the float. On the right, a bald man in a dark grey t-shirt with a pendant necklace and a red-and-black bead mala walks near the float, while a white flag is raised beside him. Behind the float, a man in white and a woman in white stand among devotees. A bare-foot person in saffron robes is visible at the lower left edge. Parked cars and a utility pole line the street. Visible people are a small group, not a large crowd.
