A procession moves through a decorated pavilion with orange and white bunting and tall painted pillars. At centre, a smiling man in saffron-orange robes wears a long white and red flower garland and walks barefoot, with long hair swept back. Two attendants in saffron robes and ceremonial gold necklaces carry tall golden staffs beside him. Behind them, a woman in saffron sari holds a round decorated drum-like object, and a woman in white and gold-bordered sari with a saffron shawl follows. On the left, men in white dhotis and shirts stand with palms pressed together in greeting. On the right, a drummer in white plays a large drum. Swamiji (probable) appears to be the central figure, identified by long swept-back hair, saffron robes, garland and ceremonial attendants.
