Outdoor food distribution under a thatched roof at a crowded camp. Several women in white head coverings and hairnets, one in a red shawl, serve food from a large steel tray with a ladle, and a green plate sits on the tray. Elderly men and women in shawls, a blue headscarf, a brown knit cap and a dark jacket queue closely to receive food. A hanging sign with partly legible lettering is visible above, and the scene is busy with many more people behind.
