Night photograph taken from behind a crowd of devotees standing in a line on sandy ground, facing a brightly lit yellow-canopied stage in the distance. Foreground figures include men in white shirts and light trousers, a man in a cap, and women in saris and a headscarf with long braided hair. Lamps line the open ground and a large screen is visible at the right edge. The stage area is too distant to make out individual figures clearly.
