A bearded man in a rust-brown robe and white-and-pink flower garland raises his right arm while throwing yellow powder or flower petals into the air beside a richly decorated deity murti. Behind him, several saffron-clad attendants with long hair and beaded necklaces carry silver trays of fruit, flowers and offerings. The deity murti is heavily adorned with marigold, rose and white garlands, a gold crown and decorated frame. Bright lamps, banana plant leaves and a red-carpeted floor surround the scene under a tented ceiling.
