Outdoor flag-hoisting ceremony beneath tall coconut palms, with a white flagpole rising on the right and strings of small orange-and-white square flags hanging from the palms. A central man in a maroon-red turban, red-brown robe, long white and red flower garland and rudraksha beads holds a rope and raises a saffron-orange flag. To his left, a bare-chested, shaven-headed man with a rudraksha mala looks up. Behind them, a man in a white turban and white-clad devotees stand among the crowd, and a large red-and-orange umbrella with fringed edges shades the right side. Dozens of people stand close together in the scene.

A man in a rust-red robe with a red turban and a white-and-orange flower garland, with a rudraksha mala, grips a yellow rope with both hands while the white pole rises beside him. A large red parasol with tassels shades the area, and strings of small white-and-red paper flags hang from a palm trunk. Devotees in white garments and a bald man in red stand around, one holding a silver bowl with pink flowers, and a red-and-orange banner is visible behind the parasol.2014-06-19June 29 20142014-06-29June 29 20142014-06-29June 29 20142014-06-29
