A crowd of men and boys stands and sits under a concrete shelter beside a sandy beach with calm sea and palm trees at left. Many wear white dhotis, lungis and checked sarongs; one boy wears a yellow shirt and another a blue t-shirt. A white SUV is parked at left. Under the shelter, a large orange banner shows a saffron-robed figure with a ceremonial crown-like head covering, beside a green wall; people stand near a table at the back. A white-clad man in the centre-right appears to be attending the distribution. Two green carry bags are visible, one bearing printed text.
