In the foreground, children in white kurtas and dhotis sit cross-legged on a white floor beside a yellow painted line, several wearing rudraksha malas. A girl in a white dress with orange flowers smiles, and a boy in a red shirt sits with hands folded. Behind them, adults in white, orange and saffron clothes and a woman in a yellow sari sit attentively. At the front, a gilded deity murti sits on a raised altar with framed portraits on the walls and a camera on a tripod in the middle of the crowd. Hanging lanterns and bunting decorate the ceiling.2006-10-02March 24 20082008-03-24
