Outdoor scene beneath a large banyan tree with thick aerial roots and spreading branches hanging with fibrous strands. Stone slab pathway runs between low red-painted brick borders. Two people walk along the path: a man in an orange-red dhoti and a shawl draped over one shoulder, with a dark wrapped headpiece, and a younger person in saffron-orange robes with long dark hair, both looking down toward the ground. A third person in white clothing stands at the right edge. The setting resembles a temple construction area around a sacred tree.

A man in a rust-red and orange dhoti-style garment with a long yellow-orange beaded necklace walks across sandy ground toward the viewer, shielded by a multicoloured canopy umbrella held by an attendant. Behind him, a woman in white garments and several people in white and orange robes stand near a low white railing and a metal barrier on the left.2016-08-02October 12 20132013-10-12A photograph of a large, sprawling banyan tree with many thick grey trunks and hanging aerial roots, set on bare reddish earth. A standing figure in an orange-red robe and a yellow waist cloth, wearing a long orange-yellow garland of beads and with a bare upper body, stands on a red patterned mat beside the tree's raised white stone platform, eyes lowered in reverence. Fallen yellow leaves lie on the ground and small scattered red offerings are visible. Further back are open grounds, young trees and a distant red building. The figure's appearance cues are only partially distinctive, so identity is uncertain; the figure is described by role as a devotee or sannyasi-style robed person.2013-03-17August 02 20162016-08-02 +1 copiesFebruary 05 20152015-02-05April 07 20192019-04-07September 05 20092009-09-05December 03 20162016-12-03A large old banyan tree with a dense canopy of spreading aerial roots dominates an outdoor grove with a sandy ground. Beneath it, a raised circular platform holds a red-stained shivalinga-style stone with an orange cloth draped over it and a white upright post beside it. A single person in maroon robes stands at the right edge near the shrine, looking toward it. Paved paths curve through the grove and small stone benches are scattered around the tree.2013-07-12Outdoor scene beneath a massive banyan tree with many hanging aerial roots and spreading branches. In the foreground, a person in a deep red-maroon robe stands with palms pressed together in namaskar, wearing a beaded necklace. Around the tree's base, a white-walled low platform surrounds the trunk. To the left, several men in white dhotis and orange/saffron shawls stand near a metal railing, and a colourful canopy structure with yellow and red tones is visible. Stone boulders lie at the lower right. Nearby visible people appear to be attendants in white and saffron garments.2016-08-02February 01 20182018-02-01
