Photograph of an indoor hall set up for a puja, with a large backdrop printed with a banyan tree canopy. In the centre, a golden arched shrine holds two seated deity murtis: a figure with a trident and crown in a red-and-gold setting beside a goddess in red with a garland. Flanking gilded arches hold further deity murtis in red, pink and green garments, with a standing figure in orange at the far right edge. Orange and red drapes and yellow paper decorations hang from the ceiling. In the foreground, a seated crowd of devotees, many with shaved or covered heads, watch the shrine from below; a few bright red-and-orange cloths and offerings lie on the stage front.
