An outdoor cyclone relief scene in a village with bare, storm-damaged palm and tree trunks. A yellow JCB backhoe loader with a front bucket dominates the centre of a dirt clearing, with an operator visible in its cab. A saffron-coloured banner with a portrait of a smiling bearded figure and printed text is hung on the machine's side. Behind it, several parked cars and motorbikes sit along a road beside a white pole and wire fence, with onlookers standing nearby. A man in the lower left corner faces the camera, and a stray dog lies in the grass at right. A photographer in a white shirt stands on the left.
