Outdoor relief work on a dirt track beside a cream-coloured van with a leafy green logo. A large orange banner with a portrait of a saffron-turbaned figure and Tamil-script text hangs from the vehicle. A man with bare chest, white dhoti with gold border, and hairnet walks carrying a large steel pot labelled MSR. Other men in white shirts and dhotis, some wearing green hairnets, follow and stand nearby; at right, a food-serving table is set up under a tarpaulin with palm trees behind.
