Outdoor festival procession on a dusty dirt road below a rocky red embankment. In the foreground a large costumed figure with a long braid wears a green and gold shawl over an orange and red garment, its back to the camera. Behind it stand giant papier-mache effigy puppets: a tall figure in a white turban and pink robe with yellow scarf, a smaller blue-faced figure, and a child-sized mask in blue and yellow. Nine drummers in black and brown outfits with yellow head cloths and orange sashes play large drums with sticks. Scattered spectators in white clothing stand in the background, and bunting strung with orange and red flags runs across the top.
