A white and blue wooden boat named WINTERS speeds across choppy green water, carrying a group of about a dozen passengers in yellow and red life vests. Several women in white tops and a man in a white shirt sit under a blue canopy, while an orange life ring hangs on the side and a woman at the right gestures with her arm over the rail. Other boats with similar canopies are visible in the background near a stone breakwater, and a small red and white flag flies at the left.
