Outdoor temple-festival scene with a large billboard-style poster on a pole showing a figure in pink robes with a garland, seated on an ornate golden throne with a deity-style backdrop; Tamil caption text lies beneath it. Around the poster, crowds of men in white dhotis and shirts walk along a dirt path, some carrying white boxes, with a few people in saris seated on the ground at left. A decorated red-and-white canopy and green gate stand at right beside banana trees and palms. Printed banners flank the poster. The figure on the poster is a depiction, not a physical person present; no identification is made from appearance.

Many men wear white dhotis and shirts, some with pink or red towels over their shoulders. A man in the centre-right wears a white shirt and holds his hands together in a respectful namaskar gesture, while an older bearded man in white stands nearby. Behind them a large blue banner carries Tamil text, and a red-and-orange portrait hangs at the top right beside another banner.
