A photograph of a darshan scene on a stage with a red floor and black curtains. A seated figure in long flowing orange saffron robes sits on a white cushioned throne with a white rounded backrest, smiling and raising one hand in greeting. A man in white clothes kneels low on a white mat at the foot of the throne, bowing to them. Beside the throne a woman in white with an orange shawl sits on the floor near a microphone stand, and a man in orange sits further back at the left. A standing fan and a colourful decorated banner with elephant motifs frame the left side. Four people are visible.

A figure with long dark hair wears an orange-saffron robe and sits on a white throne with a white arched backrest, holding small items in the hands. A kneeling man in orange clothes sits at the left of the throne, and a woman in an orange sari with a name badge stands at right beside a white pedestal fan. A devotee in white clothes with gold border lies prostrate on the white-covered platform in front of the throne, bare feet visible. The setting resembles a darshan session with a devotee prostrating before the seated figure.2008-02-03February 03 20082008-02-03February 03 20082008-02-03Indoor darshan scene on a stage with dark blue draped curtains and a white padded throne-like seat. A long-haired figure in an orange saffron robe sits on the white seat, while a woman in a white sari with a gold border kneels on a white cushioned mat and touches the seated figure's face with both hands in reverence. A man in orange robes kneels at left with hands folded, and a young person in orange sits partly visible at right. Two white pedestal fans stand on the floor, and a tall yellow-and-red patterned banner hangs on the right. The reddish floor is bare.2008-02-03February 03 20082008-02-03A photograph taken in an indoor hall with dark blue drapes behind a white-covered throne. A figure with long dark hair wearing an orange saffron robe sits on the white throne, with a woman in a white sari with a small pattern kneeling before them and touching their forehead with her hand, which appears to be a darshan blessing. A man in an orange robe kneels at the left edge near the throne, and a child in orange clothing stands behind the woman. A white floor mattress with green leaf-patterned edges lies in front, a standing fan is at left, and a decorated yellow and blue pillar stands at right. The swami candidate's long hair, orange robe and white throne match the a person presentation cues, but the appearance is not distinct enough to confirm identity from appearance alone, so the figure is described by role as a seated figure receiving darshan.2008-02-03February 03 20082008-02-03February 03 20082008-02-03
