A large white-tented hall with hanging brass lanterns and red drapes hosts a seated ritual gathering. Dozens of women in orange and saffron sarees sit on a colourful striped rug before silver trays of offerings. A woman in an orange saree stands at left holding a tray, and another standing figure with an umbrella-shaded tray is at centre. A cameraman operates a crane camera above the crowd, and a screen at left shows a robed figure seated in a red-and-white setting. Many attendees wear white head coverings. Several women in white ritual clothes kneel at the front, and a shaved-headed man in white stands near the centre.
