Outdoor procession on a concrete bridge with a decorated float. A tractor, a red Mahindra, pulls a flower-garlanded green platform with marigold garlands, yellow bells and a blue canopy. Standing figures in saffron robes and white dhotis ride and walk beside it, including one bare-chested man in orange cloth and a figure in white. A saddled camel stands to the right, and a crowd of men in colourful shirts watches from behind a railing. A large building with a Hindu flag and a painted deity image is in the background under hazy skies.
