Photo of a temple shrine with a golden deity murti seated on a pedestal, wearing a green and red silk garment, holding a trident and other ritual objects, with a crown and a flame-like hand object. In the foreground, a woman in orange robes with long hair pours water from a vessel over a dark stone lingam-shaped object within the shrine, while two other figures in orange robes stand behind her. Water flows over the stone base and a red-tinted liquid pools on the floor. Stone pillars and a plain ceiling frame the scene, with trees visible outside.

The murti is a crowned male and female pair with jeweled crowns, ornate necklaces and green-and-gold silk clothing; the female figure wears a green sari with gold border. A silver arch-shaped stand holds a small silver deity figure and a silver-gold kalasha-like sculpture in front. Another attendant in orange clothing holds a brass pot at the left edge. The setting is an open-sided stone pavilion with trees behind. This is an abhishekam ritual of the murti.2007-02-23A photograph inside a stone temple pavilion. A second man in orange clothing bends over the basin behind him, and a third orange-clad figure with a shaved head stands further left near a water tank. At right stands a large gilded deity murti in green and red silk with a crown, multiple arms and a trident, its feet on a stepped golden pedestal. Shallow water covers the stone floor, and a small white flower floats near the base.2007-02-23February 23 20072007-02-23February 23 20072007-02-23February 23 20072007-02-23Inside a stone-pillared temple pavilion, a long-haired man in an orange-saffron dhoti and shawl stands wet and ash-marked on the upper left, holding a long wooden rod. In front, a devotee in white lies prostrate on the wet granite floor with bare feet visible. Behind them, a dark stone shivalinga sits on a large black granite peetha before two gilded deity murtis: a crowned male figure with trident and staff in white garments, and a crowned female figure in a green and red sari with silver jewelry. Trees are visible through the open side of the pavilion, and a small gold kalasha stands at right. The scene suggests abhishekam at a shivalinga with the devotee performing padapuja.2007-02-23A shaved-headed man in a saffron-orange dhoti and wrap stands under a stone pavilion pouring water from a brass vessel onto a black stone Shiva lingam set on a dark stone yoni base.
