Outdoor ceremony at an ashram ground under a clear sky, with a metal-framed canopy and a stone platform decorated with floral arches. Dozens of men in black shirts with round portrait emblems on their chests hold long ropes in a wide line across a dirt clearing, while people in white stand around them. On the raised platform, robed figures in orange and white sit and stand near a decorated seat, and a large vertical banner shows a portrait of a saffron-robed figure with a crown-like headdress. Rows of devotees in orange, white and green saris and robes line the platform edge under trees.
