A photograph of a round brass tray or bowl set on a speckled terrazzo floor in front of a dark wooden door. The tray is filled with water and floating jasmine buds, with white gerbera-like daisies, deep red roses and large dark green leaves arranged across the surface. No people are visible.

Overhead view of a floor rangoli on grey concrete, drawn in purple, pink and white powder with a flower-petal lotus-like design. In the centre sits a round metal bowl filled with orange and yellow marigold petals, small purple flowers, white blossoms and green leaf sprigs. Small white star motifs are scattered on the ground. No people are visible. Context suggests a Kalpataru convention day, but no people or a person are visible in the frame.

Close photograph at night on a dirt ground of a devotee's bare foot stepping into a shallow metal plate of water mixed with red and yellow flower petals, a ritual foot-washing or padapuja gesture. The standing figure wears white dhoti with a maroon border. At right, a person in an orange saffron cloth and white garment holds cupped hands full of red and white flowers. Other white-clad feet and yellow petals lie on the ground. Only partial figures are visible and no face shows, so no identity can be given from appearance.
