A photograph of a group walking barefoot along a dirt path beside a weathered stone wall, with a tall gopuram temple tower wrapped in bamboo scaffolding behind them under a bright sky. In front, a bald man in orange cloth carries a white folder. Next is a man in orange robes and a light blue head covering, wearing a rudraksha-style mala and a bare upper body wrap, walking with long hair. Beside them a man in a white shirt and trousers walks with a hand gesture, and on the right two men in white dhotis with gold borders and light blue head coverings wear orange shawls and beaded necklaces. Several other men in white and dark clothing follow behind.

In the foreground, a man with long swept-back dark hair, a gold ceremonial necklace and a saffron-orange garment walks barefoot, smiling and holding a bundle of green leaves. Beside him, an older bald man with a white beard wears a long orange shawl and walks barefoot. Behind them a woman in a red and gold sari and men in white shirts follow, with parked vehicles and shopfronts along the road. The person in the orange with long hair and gold necklace has distinctive visible cues matching the page's Swamiji reference, so Swamiji (probable) is labelled as walking in the front of the procession.2006-12-04December 04 2006 - Karthikai Deepam, Tiruvannamalai2006-12-04August 11 20092009-08-11
