Outdoor relief camp at dusk beneath tall palm trees. Three men stand in conversation in the foreground: the left man wears a blue and white striped polo, the centre man a blue-and-white striped button shirt with dark trousers, and the right man a white short-sleeved shirt. Behind them a striped red, green and purple canopy shelters a small altar area with a lit oil lamp and offerings, beside a banner with printed lettering. A woman in a teal top and a man in a striped shirt and white head covering stand at the edges, with plastic containers and bundles on the ground.
