Outdoor relief distribution in a village lane. A crowd of women, girls and men press toward a green-and-white three-wheeler vehicle, holding out steel vessels, pots and plates to receive food. The vehicle side carries an orange banner with Tamil script and English text reading 'Dhyanapeetam' and 'Relief Works'. Behind them are a blue tarpaulin shelter, thatched huts and palm trees. Several people in the foreground wear saris in yellow, orange, green and pink. A few volunteers wear blue surgical caps and face coverings near the vehicle.
