A man with long dark hair swept back, wearing an orange saffron shawl and draped orange garment, multiple rudraksha malas and a rudraksha bracelet, smiles while placing his right hand on the forehead of a young man in a white shirt whose palms are pressed together in namaskar. Several robed attendants in white and orange stand around, a cameraman holding a camera raises it at left, and devotees and framed portraits line the hall. The orange-clad figure has distinctive long swept hair, saffron clothing and rudraksha malas, matching the page's a person reference, so this is a probable identification from appearance, not a confirmed one.
