A photograph of a padha pooja in an indoor hall with gold curtains and a tiled floor. A seated man in a checked grey-and-white shirt holds a lit oil lamp (aarti) at the feet of a figure standing on a golden throne (peetha), wearing a red-orange garment and a green-and-white floral garland, with hands in anjali. A kneeling person in an orange robe faces the throne, and women in white and cream traditional dress sit on a white cloth with hands folded. Offerings of fruit, a bowl of flowers and a plate with petals sit on the floor, and a large vase of yellow sunflower-like floral arrangements stands by the throne.
