Exterior photograph of a newly built single-storey white-plastered building with flat roof and brick parapet, set on bare sandy ground under a partly cloudy blue sky. Several young banana trees with green leaves and bunches of green bananas are planted at the front, and three doorways have marigold garlands hanging on their frames. A dark signboard with a marigold garland at its base stands by the steps, with a small ceremonial inauguration-style display. Windows have brown wooden shutters, and a wooden ladder leans against the right side. No people are visible.
