Photo inside a white tent at an event, with red carpet and a wooden table draped in gold cloth. A small group of young men in orange scarves and dark clothes stand around the table, smiling, one holding out papers while a woman in an orange-and-yellow sari and a young girl in a red top gather near. In the foreground, a girl in a dark headband and orange garment sits at the table writing or registering. Behind them, tent stalls display colourful goods. Visible people number about ten, and no candidate for a person is present in the scene.
