A photograph of a seated group in a large indoor hall with red chairs arranged in a circle. In the centre, an older bald man in white clothes and a red shawl gestures with one hand while speaking. Beside him, a woman in a teal and green saree and orange lanyard listens, and other seated women in saffron, orange and white garments and lanyards face him. Behind them, glass display cabinets hold framed pictures and items, a yellow banner hangs on the left, and a few people stand in the background. The candidate matching the page's appearance cues is not clearly identifiable, so the central man is described by role only.
