July 07 20102010-07-07Indoor photograph of a hall with a dark red curtain backdrop and a raised platform draped in orange cloth. A bald man in a white dhoti and white shirt with an orange shawl stands on the platform with his hand on a devotee's shoulder. Around ten men and women in white and light-coloured clothing, several in shirts and dhotis, stand in a line on the tiled floor, some with hands folded. A man at the far right wears a yellow shawl and white dhoti. Ceiling fluorescent lights, a ceiling fan and a wall speaker are visible.2010-07-07July 07 20102010-07-07July 07 20102010-07-07A stage at an indoor hall with a yellow and orange backdrop, garlanded flowers, and a golden throne-like seat. A figure in orange robes and a white garland sits on the throne at centre; a seated figure in orange and white has a ceremonial golden necklace and a dark mala. Devotees in white dhotis, white sarees and saffron shawls line up on the red-carpeted stage, several bowing or touching feet and offering respect. A brass oil lamp stands at left, and seated audience members in the foreground face the stage. A few seated figures are at the right edge.2009-07-16A crowded indoor hall with pale walls and white curtains, with many people standing and sitting on orange mats. In the foreground a bald man in a white shirt and orange shawl stands beside a wooden puja table holding small brass items. A woman in an orange sari with long dark hair stands behind the table, and a man in white with a yellow shawl kneels at the table in front. Several women in white saris with yellow borders sit at left, and an electric fan stands at right near a man in orange clothing. A cardboard box sits on the floor.2010-07-24A photograph inside a hall with a white ceiling canopy and tall striped cloth pillars with orange tassels. In the foreground, a line of men in white ritual dhotis and white shirts stand with palms pressed together, several with heads bowed. At the centre, a man in a saffron-orange robe and a beaded orange-and-gold necklace stands with a folded paper in his hands, and a second saffron-robed sannyasi beside him holds a small orange object and an offering. A bare-chested man in white stands at the right edge. Women in saris stand along the right side, and a decorated altar with a deity murti is visible in the background. The central saffron-clad figure shows only a beaded necklace and a plain saffron robe, so the identity cue is insufficient and he is described by role as a sannyasi.2010-10-07October 07 20102010-10-07Indoor photo of a satsang-style gathering in a plain cream-walled hall with a red curtain and a black speaker on a shelf. On the right, a figure with long dark hair wearing an orange robe and orange-beaded necklaces sits on an ornate orange-cushioned seat behind a white lectern, holding a white fan-like object and smiling. Behind him stands a man in an orange robe with a rudraksha-style mala. Seated in front, many people in white clothes with yellow shawls and white robes, including young women with braided hair and young men with white kurta-style clothes, face the seat. A bald man in white and orange stands among them, and a cardboard box sits at the lower right. A purple logo is at the upper left.2010-07-24August 03 20092009-08-03A photograph of a padapuja-style darshan in a hall with white walls, a wall hanging and a standing fan. A long-haired figure in an orange sleeveless top and orange wrap sits on an orange-cushioned seat, with gold jewellery and a gold necklace, smiling as devotees bow before them. In the foreground, a devotee kneels with bowed head before the seated figure. Nearby, a bald man in white with an orange shawl and rudraksha mala kneels in front of the seat. Behind them, many people in white clothes, some with yellow or orange shawls, stand and sit on orange mats. A man in a beige shirt wears an orange rosette badge. Overall, the setting resembles a Nithyananda Dhyanapeetham satsang-style darshan. The seated figure appears to be Swamiji (probable), based on the long swept-back hair, orange ceremonial clothing, gold ornaments and rudraksha-style cues.2010-07-24A seated figure in an orange saffron robe sits on an orange-cushioned throne on a low white-tiled platform before dark red velvet drapes. Beside the throne stands a bald man in white kurta and white dhoti with an orange shawl over his shoulder. A man in a white shirt and cream dhoti bends forward to offer something to the seated figure. On the right, a man in white dhoti with a yellow shawl stands near a white table, and two women in saris, one red and one white with a red border, watch. Several other people in white and light clothing stand at the left edge.2010-07-01
