A standing figure in an orange saffron robe holds a small gold ritual object up in one hand while addressing a seated audience on a stage. Behind him is a large ornate golden throne with dark carved panels and a red cushion, set before dark red draped curtains. Rows of seated attendees in white clothing wear white headbands and sit on orange mats facing the stage, with some in orange garments among them. A small laptop and water bottles sit on a side table near the throne, and a microphone stand stands at the right of the stage. The figure is presented in the orange attire and gold-handled object shown in the scene, with a probable match to the ceremonial presentation expected for this event.
